Returns

1. Cricket Depot Online (CDO) will return MOST new, unopened and non-customized  items  within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.  The customer will  cover the return shipping charges.

2. Customized or special order items such as uniforms, bats, cricket balls with customized logo etc will not be returned nor exchanged

3. The Customer should expect to receive their refund within four weeks of giving their package to the return shipper. This time period includes the transit time for CDO to receive the customers return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes CDO to process the customer's return once CDO receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes the customer's bank to process CDO's refund request (5 to 10 business days).

4. If the customer need's to return an item, simply login to their respective account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. CDO will notify the customer via e-mail of the customer's refund once CDO received and processed the returned item.


Shipping

1. CDO can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

2. When the customer places an order, CDO will estimate shipping and delivery dates for the customer based on the availability of the items and the shipping options the customer chooses. Depending on the shipping provider the customer chooses, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

3. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items CDO sells are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies CDO use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
